Votre serviteur est actuellement sur le salon du Medpi qui se déroule actuellement à Monaco.
Le Medpi est un salon professionnel où de très nombreuses marques rencontrent les acheteurs de grandes enseignes et autres revendeurs de produits high-tech pour négocier les produits, quantités et tarifs pour la rentrée de septembre. Pour certains fabricants, c’est l’occasion de montrer des nouveaux produits à côté d’appareils déjà sur le marché.
Mais pour Samsung, c’est la possibilité de discuter directement avec les opérateurs et les revendeurs potentiels pour la commercialisation de sa prochaine tablette, la Galaxy Tab 10.1 qui ne devrait plus tarder à être disponible.
Aussi, sur le stand Samsung, j’ai pu voir deux modèles de Galaxy Tab 10.1 : la GT-P7300 qui est une version Wi-Fi+3G et la GT-P7310 qui est uniquement Wi-Fi. On peut les distinguer relativement facilement en regardant la coque arrière. Celle de la GT-P7310 Wi-Fi est gris anthracite et celle de la GT-P7300 Wi-Fi+3G est blanche laquée.




Malheureusement, ces deux modèles étaient sous une cloche vitrée donc impossible de les manipuler.

Bonjour,
Sait-on quel processeur équipera les nouvelles Galaxy Tab?
Aucune annonce officielle a été faite et sur les sites de Samsung on peut juste lire « Processeur Double-Coeur » sans savoir lequel…
Car je suis preneur si c’est le proc Exynos qui me permettrait de décoder mes vidéos en H264 High Profile.
Par contre, si c’est le vieux Nvidia Tegra 2 qui est limité pour décoder les vidéos HD je passe mon tour… Je n’ai pas envie de débourser 600€ pour un appareil qui m’oblige à ré-encoder mes films et séries quand je pars en voyage…
A priori la version du Google I/O est équipée d’un Tegra 2 tout comme la version 10.1v
J’espère qu’en fait Samsung a fait ces deux éditions pour liquider ses stocks de Tegra 2 et que les deux prochaines versions auront le processeur maison…
Il est certes plus récent et donc moins optimisé qu’un tegra 2 (notamment pour Flash) mais avec le temps il sera plus performant… Les derniers benchmarks du Galaxy S II avec les derniers drivers montre que l’Exynos n’a vraiment pas à rougir de son cousin de chez Nvidia…
